Trapezoidal Wall Cladding and Standing Seam Roofing for a Multifuel Power Station

SCF were involved in the design, procurement and site management of the external cladding works inclusive of curtain walling and polycarbonate wall lights, internal firewalls and secret fix and standing seam roofing with polycarbonate rooflights. The scale of the building was an incredible challenge along with the sequencing of the works to satisfy the extensive M&E package. The wall construction was a mix of horizontal and vertically laid trapezoidal wall sheets interspersed on the administration block by curtain walling and ribbon windows. The roofs were predominantly steel SF500 secret fixed roof sheets, with a number of large and complex penetrations.
