SCF are pleased to have been awarded an extension to our scope at Beech and Holm Court buildings for PTOL encompassing the ground floor brick slip replacement.

Pendleton Towers - Beech and Holm

SCF is pleased to have the opportunity to work on the building remediation and fire safety works for Pendleton's Beech and Holm Court Buildings. The job involves making good the existing structure and sealing window and slab positions before installing a completely new bracket and rail, insulation, cavity barriers, and A1-rated aluminium cladding panels. We are excited to see this project progress.
The Levels High Pressure Laminate Reclad
Completion - July 2023
Another Fire Safety Remediation project completed with all residents in-situ during the works. A1 rated Ceramapanel is now installed to all penthouse facades and feature elements. We hope to be fortunate enough to work with Encore on more properties within their estate.
Colin Bell Building Stirling University

SCF are glad to be carrying out additional surveying works to various buildings within the Stirling University Campus to assist in providing a fire safe solution to bespoke elements of the Estate's Building Stock.
Jordanhill Park Metal Cladding Block 9A

SCF are in the process of procuring all remaining materials for Block 9A at Jordanhill Park and look forward to getting back on-site with the CALA team at Jordanhill.
The Levels High Pressure Laminate Reclad

SCF are delighted to be commencing works for the high pressure laminate cladding replacement fire safety remediation at The Levels Estate in Cambridge. We are pleased to be continuing our work in conjunction with Encore Estate Management and Keegans the Clients Representative for this project.
Colin Bell Building Stirling University

Fire Remediation works have been carried out to the Colin Bell Building and new PPC Aluminium Cladding has been installed making safe the external envelope to this timber frame building.
Jordanhill Park Metal Cladding Block 9B

SCF are underway again at Jordanhill, working on the 5th Apartment Block to be completed in the Norbo Rainscreen Cladding.

SCF are pleased to be working with BBS Chartered Surveyors to carry out a technical appraisal of the Cladding Options for the replacement A-Rated Panels on a Reclad Project Following the Tragedy at Grenfell Tower.
